City Of Dallas Hires Attorneys In Anticipation Of Exxxotica Lawsuit

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The City of Dallas has retained a pair of attorneys in anticipation of a lawsuit over banning the Exxxotica Expo.

Scott Bergthold of the Law Office of Scott D. Bergthold in Chattanooga, TN, and Tom Brandt with the Dallas law firm of Fanning Harper Martinson, Brandt & Kitchen, to represent the City on legal issues relating to Three Expo Events, LLC.

Organizers of the Exxotica Expo say they plan to file a federal lawsuit in a matter of days.
