CEO Of Irving-Based La Quinta Steps Down

IRVING (CBSDFW.COM) - The CEO of Irving-based La Quinta is stepping down.
No word why Wayne Goldberg is leaving but the Dallas Business Journal said the company put out a statement saying he has 'fulfilled his goals at La Quinta".
Goldberg has worked at the company since 2000 and was named President in 2006.
The company's CFO - Keith Cline - is now the interim president and CEO.
