When Blake's Snow Shack opens up, Blake Pyron will become the youngest business owner in Sanger and the only business owner in Texas with Down Syndrome.

With the love and support of his mother and father, Blake went before the Sanger City Council to get approval of his own snow cone shack.  It's all the more impressive considering doctors told his mom not to expect much from her son because of the diagnosis.

"The City Council meeting was February the first, and Blake's birthday is February the first.  Blake was turning twenty at the exact same moment, twenty years before, we were in the hospital being told he had Down Syndrome" said Blake's mom Mary Ann Pyron.

Blake has gone on to be the High School Prom King as well as the Captain of the football team.  Nothing is too big for Blake!

Even Senator Ted Cruz's office called recently to tell them that Blake will be receiving an official acknowledgement from the State of Texas.

Blake's Snow Shack officially opens on May 7th in downtown Sanger.  JD Ryan is Around Town with this cool story!
