www.delfriscos.comA dinner at Del Frisco's isn't complete without dessert. Del Frisco's is known for making a delectable cheesecake. It is not your traditional New York style cheesecake. Del Frisco's makes an in-house no bake cheesecake. The baked pecan crust serves as a platform for a very creamy, strong texture but not dense cheesecake. Even though it is a no bake cheesecake, it still takes 24 hours to make. It is served with a fresh strawberry sauce or a house made butterscotch sauce. For Valentine's Day they are making a Godiva chocolate cheesecake with whipped Godiva chocolate ganache inside the cheesecake, served with a chocolate caramel sauce topped with white and dark chocolate shavings.
