The Dallas Police Department arrested Officer Bryan Riser this morning. He was charged with two counts of capital murder.
At the time of this arrest, the suspect was on bail in a prior case of possession of controlled substance involving 39 pounds of methamphetamine.
The alleged crime happened in late December 2020. Schoolcraft is on administrative leave pending the outcome from his criminal case and the concurrent administrative case.
