But with many of the orphans trapped inside besieged cities, and after seeing the desperation in the eyes of mothers who endured the frigid winter to cross into Romania, the pediatrician shifted to humanitarian work to help out wherever he can.

Unable to get into the besieged cities he and his team shifted to helping refugees who endured the frigid winter.
