Arizona's 11 electoral votes are projected to go to Biden, who CBS News has already projected will win the election.
Nevada has six electoral votes, and CBS News projects that Joe Biden will win, edgeing out President Trump by about 2 percentage points.
Democrat Xochitl Torres Small is defending her seat against a challenge by Yvette Herrell in a district that heavily favors Trump but still elected her in 2018.
The high court will hear arguments over banning third parties from turning in ballots.
The surprise move comes with just a little bit over a month until the general election on November 3.
Judge James Mahan ruled that Republicans had failed to establish standing for their suit, granting the Nevada secretary of state's motion to dismiss the case.
Airport officials in Northern Nevada said Trump's rally planned for Saturday would violate the state's 50-person cap on mass gatherings.

"The fire is devastating but we refuse to let this be a distraction," the Arizona Democratic Party said in a statement.
The outbreak drove unemployment to a record high in the state.
