Woman becomes a voice for newcomers in U.S. after escaping Khmer Rouge regime

More than 40 years ago, some 150,000 refugees came to the U.S. to flee the oppressive Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia. One woman who resettled in the East Bay was inspired to serve newcomers who come to America to start over. Sharon Chin reports.
