State office buildings could soon become apartments in bid to ease housing crunch

State-owned office buildings that have sat mostly empty since the start of the pandemic could soon be turned into apartments, part of a new statewide push to ease the housing crunch while revitalizing neighborhoods at the same time. Andrew Haubner reports.
