Richmond WWII ship restoration project seeks workers from across the country

Construction workers and welders from across the country are being invited to come aboard the Red Oak Victory, a World War II ship docked off the Richmond shoreline. Ryan Yamamoto reports It's an effort to repair the ship and honor the legacy of the people who built her.
