Residents near swollen Alameda Creek, Niles Canyon Road urged to voluntarily evacuate
Residents in the area of Alameda Creek and Niles Canyon Road between Fremont and Sunol are being urged to voluntarily evacuate before they possibly get cut off from escape routes and rescue vehicles. Lezla Gooden reports.
