Meet the chef managing the cookout plates at the Oakland Museum's Juneteenth event

It's a celebration of freedom and resilience, and like any get together in the Black community, Hella Juneteenth is centered around food. Byron Neville Hughes is a chef and this year his job is managing the cookout plates.
