Man convicted of Oakland assault charged in attack of 88-year-old Asian American woman in SF
A man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attack against an 88-year-old Asian-American woman in downtown San Francisco last week. The same man was convicted of attacking a leader in Oakland's Chinatown in 2021. (7/25/23)
