Legislation introduced to upgrade, connect Bay Area Ridge Trail
The Bay Area Ridge Trail, which connects nine Bay Area counties, stretches for hundreds of miles but contains large gaps. New legislation could designate the trail as a national scenic trail and would help complete it. Kara St. Cyr reports.
