L.A. fires latest: "Particularly dangerous" winds warning yet again for Southern California
Wednesday is another day of high winds and dry conditions in Southern California where it's been more than a week since the string of destructive wildfires began which have now killed at least 25 people and destroyed more than 12,000 homes. FEMA disaster assistance centers have now opened to help those who have lost everything. Kelsi Thorud reports on the latest.
