Increased San Francsico traffic deaths prompt safety advocates to seek new solutions

Eleven years after a push to eliminate traffic deaths in San Francisco, the "Vision Zero" plan has not only not reached its goal, but the city has now seen the most traffic deaths in almost two decades. Lauren Toms reports that safety advocates are seeking answers from the Mayor's Office.
