Hurricane Fiona is leaving its mark, tearing through Turks and Caicos after slamming into the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico.
The storm is blamed for several deaths and the scars of Hurricane Maria five years ago have been ripped open by how quickly this storm knocked out power to the island. David Begnaud reports.
