Community group uses '510 Day' in Oakland to promote violence prevention

Tuesday is "510 Day," an unofficial holiday to celebrate the area code of Oakland where there will be a celebration of the city's art, history and culture. Justin Andrews reports one organization is using the day to promote violence prevention for the city's young people.
