AG Bonta launches civil rights investigation into Antioch Police Department
California Attorney General Rob Bonta announced Wednesday he was launching a civil rights investigation into the Antioch Police Department to look into allegations of officers engaging in racist and bigoted text messaging and other discriminatory misconduct.
