Truck Hits Santa Rosa Man After Fight Outside Bar
SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) -- An argument outside of a Santa Rosa bar ended with a man being hit by a pickup truck on Wednesday evening, according to police.
The argument started outside of the Zoo bar at 527 Barham Ave. at about 6:30 p.m., police said.
The victim, a 22-year-old Santa Rosa man, was leaving the bar and an argument started with the occupants of a white Ford F-150 truck.
When the victim and his friends got out of their car, the driver of the truck accelerated, struck the victim, and drove away with the victim bleeding in the street, police said.
The victim's friend took him to the hospital and related the story to police.
The man is being treated for serious injuries as police try to track down the driver of the truck.
