San Mateo Man Arrested For Fatal Assault In San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Police have arrested a San Mateo man in connection with the murder of a man who died of his injuries this month following an assault in San Francisco in August.
Timothy Stewart, 51, was arrested Monday night for the murder of Terry Spray, 61, of San Francisco, according to San Francisco police.
Homicide investigators arrested Stewart at the San Francisco Hall of Justice for assaulting Spray in the 1100 block of Ellis Street on Aug. 3, 2012, police said.
Spray was critically injured during the assault and remained on life support until his death on Sept. 18, 2012, according to police.
