San Jose police: Man shot near Capitol Expressway intersection
SAN JOSE — San Jose police said a person was shot near a major intersection on Tuesday afternoon.
The shooting happened around 12:50 p.m. near Capitol Expressway and Monterey Road. Police said a man was shot at least once.
Police did not release any information about a suspect or the seriousness of the victim's injuries.
