San Francisco Man Shot Dead Near Mission & 17th Streets

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS 5 / BCN) -- Police responded to a fatal shooting near Mission and 17th streets in San Francisco on Saturday evening.

Two suspects shot a man in his 30s multiple times about 6:15 p.m. near Mission and 17th streets, SFPD Sgt. Mike Andraychak said.

Employees at Mission Groceries, a store near the shooting scene, said they heard about five shots fired.

Andraychak said it was too soon to know if the shooting was gang related.

No arrests had been made as of late Saturday night.
