5 Wounded In Saturday Night SF Tenderloin Shooting; 3 Suspects Detained

SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- Police in San Francisco are investigating a shooting in the city's Tenderloin District Saturday night that left at five people injured, according to authorities.

Officers responding to a shooting report at Eddy and Taylor streets shortly after 9 p.m. determined that at least two groups were involved.

Three suspects have been detained and evidence, including firearms, has been seized, San Francisco police said Sunday.

Three victims -- a 37-year-old Oakland man, a 30-year-old Antioch woman, and a 30-year-old Stockton man -- were taken in private vehicles to a hospital in Oakland. All three were listed in non-life-threatening status, police said.

A 44-year-old San Francisco man and an Oakland man of undetermined age were hospitalized in San Francisco with non-life-threatening injuries.
