Police Arrest Man Suspected Of Groping 12-Year-Old Girl At Palo Alto Market
PALO ALTO (KCBS)-- With the public's help, Palo Alto Police have arrested a man they say committed sexual battery against a young girl in a Palo Alto market.
Investigators say Rob Richard Chapman, a 47-year-old San Mateo man, was caught on store surveillance cameras, grabbing a 12-year-old girl's buttocks at Sigona's Farmers Market in the Stanford Shopping Center on Sunday.
After police released a photo — a huge public response on social media forced Chapman to turn himself in last night.
