(CBS SF) -- A piece of what appears to be a SpaceX rocket washed ashore in the Bahamas, and a Elon Musk thanked the man who shared pictures of the find on Twitter.

Musk tweeted back to Eichelberger "Cool, thanks for letting us know. This is helpful for figuring out fairing reusability."
