SANTA ROSA (CBS SF) - Santa Rosa police were investigating a homicide that occurred downtown early Wednesday morning.

Police found a male gunshot victim near the 3rd Street Cinema in the area of Second and D streets around 12:05 a.m., Sgt. Steve Fraga said. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Sonoma County Alliance has offered a $2,500 reward for information leading to an arrest in the case, Fraga said.
