Joe Biden Says He's Running For President In Video Released On Social Media
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Former Vice President Joe Biden ended months of speculation Thursday morning when he officially launched his third presidential campaign, becoming an instant frontrunner.
Biden announced his bid in a video released on social media, and is expected to hold a fundraiser in Pennsylvania Thursday evening.
Biden said he's running for president because everything about American democracy is "at stake" under a Trump presidency.
