Man Fatally Shot Inside San Jose Home
SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- Police in San Jose are investigating a fatal shooting that took place in the city early Sunday morning.
Officers responded to a call reporting a shooting in a home in the 1500 block of Capitol Avenue at about 6 a.m., San Jose police Office Jose Garcia said.
A woman at the residence told police that a man had come into her home and shot her friend, Garcia said.
Paramedics tried to revive the victim but he was declared dead at the scene, Garcia said. The victim was a man in his 20s.
It has not been determined if the shooting was gang related.
