Giants CF Rowand Leaves Game With Bruised Forearm
DENVER, Colorado (AP) ― San Francisco Giants center fielder Aaron Rowand left the game at Colorado in the fourth inning with a bruised left forearm.
Ubaldo Jimenez hit Rowand with his second pitch Tuesday night, a 94 mph fastball. Rowand stayed in the game and scored San Francisco's first run later in the inning.
He was replaced by Darren Ford in the middle of the third inning.
