PLEASANTON (KPIX) - Birds of a feather work out together. At least, that's the case for a young man from Pleasanton and his feathered friend 'Rico Suave.'
Rico and his owner, 11-year-old Gianni, have spent a lot of time together staying active during the stay at home order.
Gianni says Rico seems to really enjoy grooving to his one-hit wonder workout video.
As for his favorite exercises? Squats, bird dog yoga and 'birdy' dancing!
