CHP Investigates Suspicious Device Near Golden Gate Bridge
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) -- California Highway Patrol officers investigated a suspicious device found near Golden Gate Bridge Wednesday morning.
Dispatch received a call around 7:47 a.m. about a device in the east parking lot of the bridge. About an hour later, San Francisco Police officers arrived to assist.
Responding officers did not shut down traffic to inspect the device.
