Authorities Investigate Body Found In Oakland Canal
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- Police in Oakland are investigating the discovery of a body in a canal Tuesday morning, authorities said.
Chopper 5 shot footage over the area where the body was found between High Street and 66th avenue.
A pedestrian called authorities about the body at around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Firefighters were able to recover the body.
Authorities with the East Bay Regional Parks are also investigating the incident.
