WASHINGTON (CBS SF) -- In a historic moment Thursday, the Supreme Court of the United States upheld Obamacare subsidies in a 6-3 decision.
That means individuals who get their health insurance through an exchange established by the federal government will be eligible for tax subsidies.
It's a victory for the 2010 Affordable Care Act -- especially the Obama Administration -- and the Twittersphere did not disappoint in reflecting those sentiments.
