4-Year-Old Survives Fall From 2nd Story Window In San Jose

SAN JOSE (CBS SF) -- A 4-year-old boy fell from a second-story window in San Jose Friday afternoon, according to police.

The boy's fall was reported shortly after 2:30 p.m. on the 400 block of Camille Circle, according to Sgt. Jason Dwyer.

He fell around 13 feet and has injuries that are not considered life threatening, Dwyer said.

A parent was present in the home at the time, and there is no evidence of negligence or foul play. No arrests were made.
