4 Hospitalized After Menlo Park Shooting

MENLO PARK (CBS SF) - Four people were shot in Menlo Park Friday evening, with one victim suffering from life-threatening injuries.

At 8:05 p.m. police were alerted to a number of gunshots near Ivy Drive and Windermere Ave. The four adult victims were all taken to Stanford Hospital, where two were listed in good condition while the two others suffered more serious injuries, according to Menlo Park police.

Two vehicles, possibly a black Honda and black Acura, were seen fleeing the scene of the shooting on Ivy Drive.

There was no initial suspect description and police have yet to identify a motive.
