2 Pulled From San Francisco Bay After Sailboat Overturns
SAN MATEO COUNTY (CBS SF) -- Two people were rescued from an overturned boat in San Francisco Bay east of San Francisco International Airport Friday afternoon, according to a South San Francisco fire official.
The boat, a 21-foot sailboat, was reported overturned around 4:30 p.m., according to Battalion Chief Jess Magallanes.
The City of San Mateo took the lead on the rescue, but two people were pulled from the water by a South San Francisco fire boat, Magallanes said.
