Whisper Owen case: Memorial held for mother, infant found in canal

A memorial was held Saturday for Whisper Owen and her infant daughter Sandra McCarty after they were found in a canal in San Joaquin County. The mother and daughter were traveling to Sacramento from Fresno when they disappeared last month. Kayla Moeller reports.
