U.S. government issues travel advisory for Jamaica amid series of murders
The U.S. government's travel alert level for Jamaica has been increased amid a string of murders in the Caribbean nation. Americans are urged to reconsider visiting the island "due to crime and [unreliable] medical services," the government said.
