Stockton man accused of using dead classmate's identity to evade law enforcement for over 40 years

A man born in Stockton is accused of using his dead university classmate's identity to evade law enforcement. He was arrested in New Mexico after more than 40 years on the run and landing himself on the U.S. Marshals' most wanted list.
