Serial peeper accused of spying on women in Target change rooms
Rocklin police are looking for a man accused of recording women changing inside a Target. The suspect visited the store on commons drives at least twice on August 12 and then again on the 25. Police say both times the man walked into an empty fitting room and placed his phone under a stall to record women as they tried on clothes.
