Sacramento DA takes steps toward possible homeless lawsuit against city
The Sacramento district attorney is now asking anyone who lives, works or visits downtown to fill out a “Neighborhood Nuisance Abatement Questionnaire” as he takes steps toward a possible lawsuit against the City of Sacramento over the downtown homeless crisis.
