Public meeting hosted in Stanislaus County community to discuss looming water supply cut off

There was outrage in the Stanislaus County community of Diablo Grande after residents attended a meeting hosted by their water provider, Western Hills Water District, as their deadline for water shut off is set for the end of the month.
