Police arrest 3 people following standoff

A police standoff on 19th Avenue in Sacramento ended peacefully on Saturday morning. Police responded to calls of a dispute at an apartment complex Friday night. The suspects eventually came out on their own around 1 a.m., authorities say. Three were arrested on firearms and assault charges. No officers fired their weapons and no one was hurt.
