Mother sues El Dorado County Sheriff's Office after son dies while in custody
A South Lake Tahoe mother is suing the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office after she says her son died in jail. Nick Overfield's mom says he was not allowed to take prescription medication for HIV. She says he died of complications from the virus.
