King Charles III diagnosed with cancer
King Charles III has been diagnosed with cancer. In the statement issued Monday by Buckingham Palace, they said the cancer is it is not prostate cancer but was found during his procedure to treat his enlarged prostate. The monarch will undergo treatments and will postpone public duties, the palace says. He will continue to undertake state business and official paperwork as usual.
