Gov. Newsom holding special session on gas prices
On Monday, Gov. Newsom's office is pushing a plan to put a cap on profits for the oil industry. Drivers now say that even though gas prices are down from where they were earlier this year, they want them to go even lower. A watchdog group is pushing the governor's office for this plan.
