Competency questions surround suspected Davis serial killer

The suspected serial stabber in Davis will undergo a psychiatric exam after his attorney claimed he may not be fit to stand trial. Carlos Dominguez is accused of murdering two men and trying to kill a homeless woman during a week of terror days after he was kicked out of UC Davis.
