Officials at Yosemite National Park said that a bat found dead in Yosemite Valley earlier this year had rabies.
Health officials say several skunks have tested positive for rabies after a Sacramento Zoo visitor was bitten by one this week.
"The parents looked, didn't see any signs of a bite or scratches or saliva, and didn't seek getting a rabies vaccine," a health official said.
