After Sunday's Game 7 loss to the defending champs, Kings fans gave their team a standing ovation. It was both a showing of love for this team and a full-circle moment as it happened 10 years after the NBA voted to keep what had been a long-struggling franchise from relocating to Seattle.
"Nobody expected us to make it this far this season," one season ticketholder said. "I can only imagine next season. Light the beam!"
